This course examines the relationship between phenotype (observable traits) and chemotype (chemical profiles) in Cannabis. Students will explore the diversity of phenotypic traits, including color,wth patterns, and disease resistance, as well as the cannabinoids andenes that define chemotype. Students will learn how phenotypes and chemotypes influence breeding, cultivation, and commercial success. Emphasis will be placed on understanding how these traits contribute to the medicinal, agricultural, and economic value of cannabis.
